PRO-FINISHED "I'M BACK" MODEL
Up for purchase is a professionally finished "I'm Back" vinyl model figure. The model stands approximately 11" (30cm) tall. I believe the kit to be the original Geometric vinyl model, released in 1997, but it could be a very good recast. It was part of a model lot I purchased many years ago...The original kit is long out of production. As with most vinyl models, the detail is excellent. The model looks great by itself but adding a nice oval or round wooden base would finish it off nicely.
THE PROCESS
Prior to assembly, all pieces were washed to remove any mold release, heated, trimmed and filled. The model was sfilled & then assembled using cyanoacrylate (superglue) and Gorilla epoxy. All seams/joins were filled with automotive putty and then sanded. The painting process began with 2 coats of Krylon grey primer. After priming, the model was base-coated black followed by numerous coats of paint, using various techniques. Once painting was complete it was then lightly sprayed with a final coat of protective fixative. I have included several over-sized photos (please note that the photos were shot in bright light - the actual model is more subdued & somewhat darker in natural light).

Shipping for this item is $30.00 to U.S.A. and $20.00 to Canada which includes insurance and delivery confirmation. I pack all items very carefully so they arrive in the same condition as when sent. I do not make money from shipping. Packing supplies cost $$$.
