Professionally printed on heavy White or Ivory 110# cardstock other colors are available so please inquire about availability and cost.

We understand that planning a wedding can be both a joyful and very stressful time, so we are here to make the process of ordering your invitations as easy as possible for you.
The Process:
1. Purchase your invitation. Bid or Buy-it-Now options available in our store.
2. If there is more than one design on your auction please tell us the number of the design you would like.
3. Send us your exact wording to use on your invitation. If you would like printing in a language other than
English we will print exactly what you send to us with no way of checking it so be sure of our wording.

4. Please select a font either by viewing the picture of the 70 available fonts to use (feel free to use more than one font) or go to our site font selection at
our site
5. We will set up and e-mail you a preview of your invitation. The preview is a picture of your actual invitation. You will usually receive the preview within 24 hours of sending your information. If you do not see the preview please check your spam folder and be sure your e-mail address is current with ebay and Paypal. We cannot be responsible for delays due to no way to contact you.
6. Please get back to us promptly with any changes you would like to make to the current preview.
WE WILL NOT PRINT YOUR INVITATIONS WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL. The sooner you get back to us, the faster we can get your order printed and out to you.

QUESTIONS:
We will answer your e-mailed questions promptly and will respond to you as soon as possible. We are usually available from 9am – 9pm (or later) EST.
Shipping:
We ship via USPS Priority mail, which is 2 to 3 business day delivery with delivery confirmation on every order. It is your responsibility to make sure your address is current with ebay and Paypal as we ship to your verified address.
If an order is returned to us due to your wrong address listed with ebay or Paypal it will be your responsibility to repay for shipping out to you again.
Of course, we will gladly combine shipping, just please let us know that there is another auction.
Insurance
is .95 extra and is always recommended.  Please let us know if you want to add insurance.
PAYMENTS:
We accept Paypal ONLY. Payment must be received within 5 days of auction end.
Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
You will have the opportunity to make changes to your order until we print because we do not print without your approval. In the rare event that an error is made on our part, we will replace any misprinted invitations within one business day and ship it to you via USPS Priority mail at no additional cost to you. Return shipping is not paid for by the seller.
