    Description

    Thank goodness for Polar Lights because now I can buy these great Haunted "Manor" model kits at a price a bit more proportional to the .49 they cost in the mid 1970s and not 150 times that price which appears to be the "going rate" today! And I know Disney would like me to watch my manors, but this kit looks awfully similar to the more optimistically titled "Grave Robber's Reward" kit released in 1974 as one of MPC's "Haunted Mansion" kits.   This 1:12 scale kit magically  invokes the old hobby shop/dime store days although it might test your patience for loading rubber bands.
    The exceptionally grimy and ghoulish built-up (complete with Ed Gein plaid cap!!) by the boss Damien Turner is included for reference and incorporates embellishments like muddy waters that won't give you the blues, a couple of glow skulls , the autumn leaves and a random bat that are not included in the kit itself
