    Description

    A vintage 5" x 7" black and white photo of WGY Radio Station personality Jack Miles, probably from the 1940's.  Facsimile signature.  WGY is one of the oldest radio stations in the country.  General Electric began experimenting with radio broadcasts using an experimental license in 1912.  The station began broadcasting on February 20, 1922.  This photo is a great item for those who follow early radio.
