. These
level IIIa
ballistic, 622F bomb fragment rated and stab resistant inserts are perfect for your backpack, briefcase, or pack. These inserts are made of military grade Kevlar and and spectra. Two materials give far better protection than any one material.  The size is about  11  x 15" and about 3/8" thick and very flexible.   These have really good stopping power for heavy high velocity rounds and point blank shots (such as .44 magnum),  and bomb fragments.   Protect yourself or your family in these dangerous times. Not restricted by TSA so they can go with you anywhere.

General information on ballistics: NIJ testing is done on size small through large vest  panels. Anything smaller is not tested and is not certified. Our smaller items are made of the exact same construction as our hybrid plus vest panels and are listed as IIIa construction. Our hybrid plus IIIa vest panel has been has been tested by H.P. White and found to pass the
NIJ IIIa Standard-0101.06
body armor.  Ebay requires every listing to state “
