This GTS vest is made with Ultra-High-Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) a lightweight, super strong material that has become the standard in soft body armor manufacturing.  Our ballistic panels are specially layered with varying PE densities to reduce backface deformation.
Here is why our vest is superior to "bulletproof t-shirts":  Our vest covers the sides of the body that are exposed when turning to flee or locate cover.  Protecting the sides of the body is very important when considering a bullet resistant product.  Our vests also have adjustable shoulder and frontal straps that hold ballistic materials in place, high enough to cover vulnerable arteries at the top of the heart.  Some t-shirt products sag toward the waistline, exposing these vital areas.  Our vests cover much more of the overall body, outside of the typical 10"X12" insertable soft armor located in most t-shirt products. A "t-shirt" is not a "vest" on many levels. Please note that this statement and clarification about our vests is not intended to be a slight against any particular Seller or manufacturer. I am sure their products have a place with some users. We encourage potential buyers to be aware of the differences.

We have discovered that customers should typically order their t-shirt size.  Please be aware that customers with large mid-sections may see some need to adjust the four Velcro straps on the front, allowing separation of the front panel from the rear panel as needed for a comfortable fit. The y
oung man wearing this vest in the photos is wearing a medium vest, is about 5'8" tall and weighs about 140 pounds, a 33" waist and a 34"-35" chest circumference.
Please note the minimum numerical figure of each size range in the table above referring to waist or stomach sizes. The minimum size shown will result in a fully closed vest on the sides of the body.  For a respective size, as the minimum number moves toward the maximum number in the range, the vest will separate along the sides to accommodate the body. This means that your goal should be to
buy the size closest to the lower end of the adjustable range as possible but remain within your regular t-shirt size.  If you have questions - contact us.
As with most vests, persons with stomach or waist sizes exceeding 41 1/2" should expect to have some opening along the sides as the vests are adjusted for proper fit. It should always be a main goal to close the vest sides as much as possible when wearing. Also, remember to adjust your vest high enough to cover the top of your heart and arteries in the top of the chest.
It is also possible for the vests to be adjusted BELOW the minimum adjustable range.  For example, persons with waist or stomach sizes below 31 1/2" can still wear a small vest - the panels would just overlap along the sides.
Return Policy
: We accept returns for unworn items (other than trying them on). However, due to the cost of shipping, the shipping costs
must
be paid by the buyer.  We take photos of all shipments.  We offer buyers a 10% discount on any other item that we well as an aid in offsetting shipping costs for items returned for sizing.
Face shields are manufactured in one size only.
If your item fails to be delivered once because no one was there to accept it, authorization will be granted to allow the delivery to be left at the door (in accordance with ebay delivery policy).
Feedback Policy
: We do not leave feedback until we know that the item has been successfully delivered and all communication about the transaction has been completed.  If you are satisfied with your item and the transaction, please leave positive feedback.
Shipping Policy
: We print shipping labels every morning at 10 AM Central time. If your order arrives after this time, it will be included in the next day's shipment. We strive to use USPS Priority shipping (75%-80% average).  In certain cases (especially shipping to the west coast), we reserve the right to choose our own shipping method, should USPS Priority Mail be 30% or more than FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground.  Thanks for your understanding.
In the course of transit, the vest and carry case may appear slightly wrinkled upon arrival. Use a household iron on LOW setting to improve this.
Restocking Policy:
During certain times of the year, our inventory sells out very quickly.  If inventories are depleted, rest assured that we are working to build up additional stock.  This can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.

Although our body armor is tested to withstand bullets and like ALL body armor,
the armor is bullet resistant and not bulletproof.
Body armor will not protect someone from injury or death in all circumstances. Body armor will not provide any protection for the parts not covered by the armor.
