In these times of increased health concerns, I have instututed a policy of disinfecting my work surfaces before every work session, and wearing nitrile gloves while handling the merchandise. RETURNS
I offer a refund of the purchase price for returns sent within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, meaning you haven’t washed it, altered it, or removed any tags. -- I run a small operation, and cannot offer free shipping for your returns, and I ask that you check the measurements carefully prior to purchase, in order to prevent returns due to fit. -- I make every effort to check each of my items for flaws or damage, however it is possible to miss things. If your item arrives with a different condition from that described above, please contact me, and I will work with you to find a solution.
SHIPPING
Your item will be packaged, stamped, and submitted to the U.S. post office within one business day of payment verification. I am not able to delay shipment, so if you will be out of town when your item arrives, please have the post office hold your mail, or make other arrangements.
